Hi my name is Alexa and the reason I started XR-30 is because I found myself gaining wait and not being able to lose it on my own. It was so hard to motivate myself to actually go to the gym after a day of work or on the weekends. It took me while to join Jeremie's program, because I was so busy. My mom does boot camp with Jeremie and every day kept encouraging me to do it.

What is XR-30? | ||||||
MAGIC! Just kidding... XR-30 is a specialized personal training program that specializes in delivering extreme results in half the time! Sessions are 30 minutes and deliver much more than other programs lasting much longer. There are different levels of intensity to this program so that it can be altered to fit your personal needs! You can expect to use free weights, kettle bells, boxing, medicine balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, TRX, weighted bars, bodyweight, gliders and a bunch of other goodies... But the secret is not in the equipment, it's the arrangement of the exercises and being able to challenge multiple energy systems. While doing this you are consistently challenging your body and pushing for maximum results in a SAFE and STRUCTURED way! XR-30 consist of 6 major components :

Without going into too much detail and boring you... I'll make it short and sweet... 1.Cross Training What is it? Training routine that involves several different forms of exercise. Why does it help? This is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same exercise routines. 2. Strength Training What is it? Strength does exactly what it states; Strengthens your Entire Body Why does it help? Increased muscle, tendon & ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density and elevated HDL (good) cholesterol. 3.Aerobic Training What is it? It is a type of exercise that overloads the heart and lungs and causes them to work harder than at rest. Why does it help? Aerobic exercise is the type of exercise that utilizes fat tissue as the fuel in making energy. Since XR-30 aims at losing fat not just weight, and aerobic exercise utilizes fat for fuel, aerobic exercise is an important aspect to incorporate in this program. 4. Stability Training What is it? Stability Training teaches the body to stabilize muscles in order to provide dynamic joint balance and balanced posture during functional exercise. Why does it help? Stability training results in increased muscular endurance, increased tendon and ligament strength, increased joint and muscular range of motion, enhanced nervous system activity, better balance and core function, and increased injury prevention and enhanced performance. 5. Functional Training What is it? Functional training is any type of exercise that has a direct relationship to the activities you perform in your daily life. Why does it help? Functional training develops a healthy, well-conditioned body. It helps to promote body control, improves posture and balance, and decreases the overall risk of injury in your day to day actives. The functional training approach tends to create a well balanced body, tight abdominal muscles, and an overall toned physique. 6. Power Training What is it? Power is the combination of speed and strength. The main focus of power training is to maximize strength in the smallest amount of time. Why does it help? By implementing techniques used to build power you will increase the amount of weight you can lift and that in turn will lead to greater muscle gains over time. At the same time, power training will work the critical fast twitch muscle fibers and help improve performance for sporting and day to day activities. | ||||||
